Anyone can come in and sell you on empty promises about the latest snake oil guaranteed to solve all of your biggest problems with ease, but ultimately, you’ll be left disappointed at best and devastated at worst.
If you’re serious about developing your organization to its full potential, our full diagnostic is designed to provide a deep dive 360-degree view of your business. Your strengths, your weaknesses, what your employees tell you they think, what your employees actually think, your processes and procedures, your competition, your threats, your opportunities, your overall performance, and more.
Once the diagnostic is complete, we’ll synthesize the results and provide you with a complete organizational development plan specific to your organization’s needs and developed directly from the data gathered. Many times, leaders think they understand the problem, but they don’t have the time, ability, or objectivity to gather the information and data they need to truly know the root cause of their ailments.
Continuing with our doctor analogy, a patient suffering from frequent headaches may ask a doctor to prescribe them migraine medicine. However, upon doing a full exam and diagnostic testing, the doctor finds the true problem is a sinus infection and that treatment requires antibiotics, not migraine medicine.
The diagnostic consultative process utilized by Ideation Coaching and Consulting gives leaders peace of mind, knowing that at the end of the plan development process, they will have a deep, data-informed analysis of the root issues causing their organizational challenges.
Because each diagnostic and development plan are as unique and the organization for which they were conducted, implementing the recommendations set forth in the plan may or may not be appropriate for continued assistance from Ideation Coaching and Consulting. If appropriate (and desired), we will work with you to determine the next steps for implementation.
